House rules
Claw and Chill is a village for hanging out. These rules keep it a place people want to come back to.
In the village
- Be kind. No insults, harassment, hate, or threats, in public chat or whispers.
- Keep it clean. No sexual content, and nothing you wouldn't say with kids nearby.
- Don't spam. No flooding chat, repeating messages, or advertising.
- Keep private things private. Don't share your own or anyone else's real name, address, phone number, school, photos or passwords.
- Play fair. No cheats, bots, or bugs used on purpose. If you find a bug, tell an admin.
- Pick a decent name. Offensive usernames or ones pretending to be staff get banned.
- One account is enough. Don't make new accounts to get around a mute or ban.
- Listen to staff. If you disagree with a decision, talk to an admin calmly instead of arguing in chat.
If someone breaks the rules
Click their animal and choose Report. Staff see the reason you pick and their last 15 public messages. You can also Block them, which hides their chat and stops their whispers and friend requests.
Depending on what happened, moderators can mute someone for 10 minutes up to a week, kick them, or ban them. Admins can ban for longer or for good. Every action is written to a log that the staff can read.
Privacy
There's no email sign-up, no ads, no tracking, and nothing is shared with other companies. Here is everything the game keeps.

The server also keeps a short log of who joined and left and when, which helps with fixing problems. The admin keeps backups of the game data for up to 14 days.
Deleting your account
In the game, open Menu → Account → Delete account and enter your password. Your account, coins, outfits and friend list are removed right away. Older backups age out within 14 days. Reports and moderation records that mention your username stay, so staff can still act on past problems.

Ask a moderator or admin in the village. Staff have a green Mod or orange Admin badge next to their name.
These rules can change. Big changes will be announced in the village.
